일요일 저녁에 온 가족이 영화를 보았습니다. 저는 간단하게 생각나는 의학적인 것만 적어보겠습니다.
저의 소감은 " 뭐 나름 재미있었어!" 이 정도입니다.
<의학적 procedure 관련 의도적으로 무시되고 있는 윤리적 문제? >
1)영안실 근무자가 수술모와 수술가운 착용? 수술가운 패션쇼도 아니고 ...
영안실 상황이 마치 수술 방 의 의사들을 연상시킵니다. 우리는 이미 미군의 포름알데히드 방출 사건을 알고 있고 어떤 경로로
정보를 얻었는 지는 모르지만 일부국민들은 미군이 아닌 (미군 부대) 의사가 그랬다고 알고 있는 분도 있을 것입니다.
이런 상태에서 영화를 보면 위의 설정은 의사라는 말이 나오지 않아도 의사를 떠올리기 쉬울 것입니다. 통상 진료와 영안실 업무는 구분이 되어 있고 진료 관련 하여서는 포름알데히드를 사용하는 상황이 없지요.
딸 아이 들도 명시하지 않았는데도 의사로 알더군요.
2)박강두(송 강호)의 전두엽 조직검사등 관련 생사람 잡네!:백정도 아니고.....
a)마취 장면에서 마취가 되지 않는다고 상박에 큰 주사기와 바늘로 찌르는데...이 정도의 조직검사 정도면 근육이 아니라 혈관을 통해서 진정제를 주사하겠지요.
b)조직 검사하는 부위가 목의 쇄골 바로 위 중심선 위치라면 영화에서와 같은 방식으로 하는 것은 상상할 수 없는 장면이지요.
폐나, 동맥, 식도 ,기도, 신경 등 주변의 위험한 구조물이 많은데 투시하에 시행하지 않고 blind하게 찌르는 것 자체가
곤란하지요.
c)쇄골 위의 조직검사 시행 부위는 피가 스며나오니 거즈 등을 대어 주는 것이 의사다운, 아니 사람다운 짓일 터인데 걍 두고
달아나게 하고 찌른 흔적도없더군요....관객들이 웃고 지나가게 하는 장면에 감춰진 , 인간 내면의 잔인함을 들추어 감독이 지
배설하듯 비웃고 있다고 행여나 생각되지 않으신지요?^^
d)조직검사하려면 검사부위를 청결히 소독하고 소독된 구멍포를 깔고 역시 장갑을 끼고 국소 마취를 하고 시행 하겠지요. 또한
의식이 멀쩡한데 침습적인 ,통증을 수반하는 조직 검사를 시행 하는 것을 보이는 것은 그야말로 사람잡는 백정의 모습이지요.

후루룩 실감나게 먹으면서 , 밥상은 그런데로 차려서 지가 먹을 것은 챙겨서 먹으면서 왜 그러냐는 것입니다.
영화 "괴물'은 괴물 말고는 기억나는 것이 별로 없게 생겼어요.
